Welcome to the Law Offices of Debi V. Rumph and Debi's Tenant Clinic

Since July 2005, The Residential Realty Law Firm provided a wide range of legal services as it related to home ownership. However, on July 1, 2012, The Residential Realty Law Firm became the Law Offices of Debi V. Rumph. She provides real estate transaction representation, foreclosure defense, and tenant defense services. Additionally, she provides services in the area of public finance.

While many law firms specialize in commercial real estate, the Law Offices of Debi Rumph primarily focuses in residential real estate. Therefore, the Law Offices of Debi Rumph primarily works with everyday people: homeowners, tenants, and potential new home owners. As a result, Debi's goal and focus is to provide her clients with efficient representation – which results in more affordable representation to her clients.

Debi's Mission is to provide client oriented, fair valuable, trustworthy and reasonably affordable service to those who recognize the inherent value in effective and reliable legal representation. By doing so, she hopes to make access to excellent legal service readily accessible to the public.

As a an escrow agent, my mission is to assist homeowners, buyers, sellers, real estate agents, mortgage brokers and other real estate professionals to bring parties of a real estate transaction to a concrete resolution. In doing so, Debi's hope is to provide neutral, affordable and fair escrow services to the parties of real estate transactions.

Tenant's Clinic

The Tenants Clinic unbundles legal services—allowing tenants to pay for only the services they need or that they can afford.

The use of the services of the Tenants Clinic will put your landlord on notice that you are either represented by an attorney—or being advised by an attorney—making the landlord think twice before attempting to evict you, failing to perform repairs that you have requested, keep the your security deposit, or refuse to agree to terminate your lease.

The use of the services of the Tenants Clinic makes it more likely that the Tenants Clinic may be able to represent you in any future lawsuit with your landlord on a contingency fee—which means little to no out of pocket money to you to be represented in Eviction Court.
