Eviction Full Representation is the best service we offer. We have designed Eviction Full Representation to represent you fully in court.
WHY EVICTION FULL REPRESENTATION?
Being a defendant in an eviction lawsuit is stressful.
With Eviction Full Representation, we take completely over (although we give you some assignments). We review your documents, advise you, develop your customized strategy, gather evidence, and then, WE execute. Thus, we communicate directly with the court and your landlord on your behalf in an attempt to resolve the dispute–freeing you up to do other things that you would rather be doing—and relieving some of the stress that is inherent in being sued for eviction.
Admittedly, there are several hurdles that a tenant must overcome to survive an eviction lawsuit. Many of these hurdles are out of our control. For example, there is a requirement to deposit all disputed rent into the court's registry. If a tenant cannot do this, this dramatically reduces our ability to defend against the eviction process. In these types of situations, our best hope is to slow down the process by a few days or a couple of weeks to give you more of an ability to smoothly transition out of the rental property.
THE PROCESS
Once you let us know that you're ready to proceed, we will send you an invoice and retainer. Once the retainers are signed and payment has been collected, we move to the next stage.
Next, we send you an interview to complete and request your documents and evidence.
Upon receiving these items from you, we review your records, advise you, we may schedule a client conference, give you homework, develop your customized strategy, gather evidence, and then, we roll up our sleeves and start drafting your documents. Moreover, once you approve the drafted document, we file them directly with the court, and we continue to represent you fully to the conclusion of your eviction case.
