Full Pre-Litigation Representation is a service offered to help you with your disputes with your landlord. This service involves handling the entire process, including reviewing your documents, advising you, developing your customized strategy, gathering evidence, and communicating directly with your landlord to resolve the dispute. The service is limited to three months, a successful settlement, or an impasse, whichever occurs first, and it does not include Court Representation. Once you're ready to proceed, you'll receive an invoice and a retainer, and the next step involves an interview, document requests, and possible client conference, homework, or document drafting. The service includes document preparation for both you and us to send to your landlord, and if necessary, a letter or notice to the landlord to let them know that you are serious and that we are willing to fight. If you're interested in Full Representation, please contact us by email, text, or call.
